LIVINGAGRO \u00e8 un progetto transfrontaliero che necessita di un approccio su misura per raggiungere i suoi ambiziosi obiettivi. Questo approccio non solo consente a tutti i membri del progetto di partecipare alle attivit\u00e0 del progetto, ma include anche le parti interessate in una collaborazione denominata Public Private People Partnership (PPPP). Stiamo usando i Living Labs per questa collaborazione.<\/p>\n
What a Living Laboratory is<\/strong><\/p>\n Living Labs are platforms that implement the open innovation model, involving all stakeholders. In general, living labs aim to develop new knowledge, practices, products, and machinery through creative processes that actively involve users through real-life testing and sharing of information and knowledge. Within a living lab, the members are effectively involved through different phases of the innovation cycle in which they can test, evaluate, and co-create innovations.<\/p>\n Metodologia del laboratorio vivente<\/strong><\/p>\n Il nucleo delle metodologie del Living Lab \u00e8 rappresentato dal coinvolgimento attivo dell'utente, dalla sperimentazione nella vita reale, dagli approcci multi-stakeholder e multi-metodo nell'ambiente PPPP.<\/p>\n Non esistono linee guida generali e assolute su come dovrebbe funzionare un Living Lab, poich\u00e9 questo dipende, da un lato, dalle condizioni e dalle caratteristiche del sistema socio-economico locale, e dall'altro dai bisogni, interessi, e inclinazioni. Per LIVINGAGRO, abbiamo adottato un piano basato su progetto, in cui la collaborazione e il coinvolgimento degli utenti sono organizzati attraverso una variet\u00e0 di eventi faccia a faccia e online, oltre a varie opportunit\u00e0 educative.<\/p>\n LIVINGAGRO Approccio Living Labs<\/strong><\/p>\n There is unique model or approach to building a Living Lab. Among the different possible approaches, LIVINGAGRO chose the Unitary model – Umbrella approach, which implies the presence of a central \u201clight\u201d management body in charge of facilitating the deployment of trials in a cross-border environment. Each country represents a “local chapter”, open to end-users located in any of the four countries involved in the project. The operational procedures for Living Lab establishment follow the LEADERS approach based on seven steps:<\/p>\n – Localize and identify stakeholders;<\/p>\n – Establish a Living Lab PPP (Public-Private Partnership);<\/p>\n – Assess the relevance of cross-border issues;<\/p>\n – Deploy an ICT infrastructure;<\/p>\n – Establish a local and\/or cross-border PPPP community (Public Private People Partnership);<\/p>\n – Run one or more User-Driven, Open Innovation pilots;<\/p>\n – Summarize and evaluate the results.<\/p>\n The approach was adapted to the specific needs of the project according to the project plan.<\/p>\n Pacchetti di lavoro LIVINGAGRO<\/strong><\/p>\n Il progetto LIVINGAGRO intende raggiungere i suoi obiettivi seguendo una struttura costruita attorno a 4 Work Packages (WP): Management, Communication, Living Labs e Technology transfer.<\/p>\n The core of the project is represented by WP3 and 4: the first one focuses on the development of the, Living Labs, in a Cross-border dimension: one devoted to \u201cMultifunctional Olive Systems\u201d and another for \u201cGrazed Woodlands\u201d and the second focused on Technology transfer (TT), aiming at supporting the exploitation of research results, strengthening the linkages between research, industry, and private sector actors.
